I was recently honored to receive a gift card from a local thrift store. The card was for a beautiful silver platter that was used to make a stunning centerpiece for a dinner party. It was one of the most thoughtful things I’ve ever been given. I’m not one to throw things away, but the reason I’m sharing this with you is because I felt it was important to do something nice for someone else.
There are several ways to get things we want for ourselves, but this is truly one of the easiest ways to give something to someone else. It’s an easy way to do good in the world, and something that is easy on the pocket.
