I just saw the quote “I’m a work in progress” and I can’t help but think that means I’m a work in progress. I’m a work in progress at the moment and that’s ok, that is all that I can offer. I can’t promise to be perfect, but I will strive to be better. I will take every opportunity to make myself better and I will get back up to speed by following through on my goals.

While we try to find the right people for the job, we also want to make sure that we’re getting the right people to work with. We’re not going to hire a manager to handle this job. If we hire someone to do this job, we want an individual who has no previous experience in this field. We are not going to use a company to handle this job, as we do not need someone to be able to do the job.
